Joseph was an immortal mentioned by Methos in the anthology Highlander: An Evening at Joe's.

His origins are unknown. He encountered Methos c.2400 B.C. Although Methos had fought Immortals before, Joseph was his first real opponent. Joseph was defeated by Methos, who took his head and Quickening.
